Dyskinesia; postural orthostatic hypotension; abnormal behavior associated w/ confusion, agitation, aggression; somnolence & sudden sleep onset; risk of falls related to hypotension, sudden sleep onset or delirium; psychotic disorders; peripheral oedema; NMS. Regularly monitor onset of impulse control disorders eg, pathological/compulsive gambling, hypersexuality, increased libido, compulsive spending or shopping, excessive consumption of food, compulsive food disorders. Avoid abrupt discontinuation. Not to be used in patients w/ fructose intolerance, glucose & galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Renal or hepatic failure. Not recommended in women of childbearing potential not using contraception. Not recommended during pregnancy & lactation. Childn <18 yr.
